SRP or APS?
SRP pays $75 per ton on a single stage system, $150 on two stage and $225 on variable speed, for systems rated 15.2 SEER2 or higher. On a 3 ton variable-speed system that’s $675 back. We handle the paperwork.
APS charges its on-peak price from 4 to 7 p.m. on weekdays. A two stage or variable speed system runs gentler through those hours, so two-stage and inverter systems keep paying you back on your summer bills.
APS discontinued its AC rebate on January 1, 2026, so there’s no rebate to wait for. Our published installed price is already thousands below a typical dealer quote, and APS Cool Rewards can still pay you for a smart thermostat.
Glendale homes we see every week
Arrowhead Ranch and the rest of north Glendale are APS territory, so there’s no rebate to wait for. Your savings start with our published price.
SRP homes can get Cool Cash: $75 to $225 per ton on a qualifying system. We handle the paperwork.
City guidelines for historic neighborhoods put new equipment on the ground where possible, screened from view. Your installer follows them.
We replace these too, with a set price for the common closet setup. On SRP, mobile homes qualify for Cool Cash on a qualifying system.
Replace only what you need. Price the one that quit today and the other when you’re ready, each with its own price.
Single-stage is usually the smart buy: our most affordable option for dependable cooling, with the same installers and warranties. A new system with a 10 year parts warranty is a selling point in your listing.

Repair or replace?
A Glendale system usually lasts 10 to 13 years, because it runs hard most of the year. One that has made it past 18 has done its job, and repairs at that age tend to come in bunches.
If yours still runs on R-22 refrigerant, a leak is where repair stops making sense: that refrigerant is no longer made, and recharges keep getting more expensive. A failed compressor on an old system points the same way.
Repair still makes sense on a system under about 7 years old when the fix is small and doesn’t involve refrigerant or the compressor.
